Gaming PC under 15000 with Intel CPU

Building a Gaming PC under 15000 rupees is hard especially when you’re picking PC parts online though I found some good PC components that will let you play games on this tight budget.

This PC build is targeted at people who don’t have a good budget but want to enjoy PC games and not just games but browsing, office work, etc.

The inflation caused me to use a secondhand Intel processor which I found online and has some good ratings. I tried to go with AMD, but even the low-end processor was expensive for this budget. If you don’t want to use a secondhand processor you can check out your nearby local stores for PC parts.

Let’s build a PC under 15k rs.

CPU

Intel i7 3770 CPU

I am using a secondhand Intel Core i7-3770 processor for this build. It has 4 cores and 8 threads, making it capable of handling CPU-intensive tasks with ease. Whether you’re gaming or working on day-to-day tasks, this processor will be a reliable and efficient choice.

The multitasking capability of this processor beats any processor that could be used to build a gaming PC under 15000 INR because you also have to buy other PC components as well, and if you spend a little too much on a processor, you will have to compromise on other components, which may lead to low performing PC.

The processor codename is “Ivy Bridge” based on the 22nm architecture with a support of LGA 1155 socket. It has Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics with 8MB of L3 cache and supports hyperthreading.

It can support a maximum RAM of 32GB DDR3 with a transfer speed of up to 1600 MHz. It is a non-overclockable CPU.

This processor doesn’t come with a cooling fan so I pick an Ant Esports ICE-C200 V2 CPU Fan which is a RGB Fan. This cooling fan is supported by both Intel and AMD processors of various generations.

This CPU fan comes with an Alumunium heatsink that is 128 mm tall with 2 heat pipes with direct contact technology capable of cooling any processor. It has a 120 mm fan which has a max fan speed of 1800 RPM, producing a max—airflow of 48 CFM.

It has 2 RAM slots with max RAM support of DDR3 16GB with 8GB on each slot with RAM speed up to 1600 MHz. This motherboard is made for gamers and has high-speed connectivity and reliability. This motherboard has a PCIe 3.0×4 M.2 slot for your SSD.

The Graphics Card is one of the most important components after the CPU without the graphics card you won’t be able to game on your PC. Picking the right Graphics card for building a gaming PC under 15000 is really hard, you won’t get a decent graphics card for this budget PC.

You need a budget of at least 8000 rs just for the graphics card to get you a good gaming performance at 1080p. The Graphics card I am using for this PC build is ZEBRONICS- GT730 4GD3  which is a very low-end graphics card but you will be able to run games at a decent framerate on low settings at 1080p/768p.

In this tight budget, it is difficult to get a good performance but this card can do slight video editing and gaming pretty well. Using this GPU instead of Intel-integrated graphics is a much better option.

I am using both SSD and HDD for this gaming PC build under 15k. The SSD and HDD used are ZEB-SD26 256 GB SSD and Consistent 500 GB HDD. The SSDs can give a seamless experience while using your PC.

This was one of the cheapest SSDs from a well-known brand available in the market. Always use your SSDs as a boot device to make your PC run faster compared to HDD. I am using an HDD just for the storage purpose.

This SSD’s capacity is 256GB and is 4 – 5 times faster than your 500GB HDD. SSDs are fast, reliable, silent, and consume less power compared to HDDs which have mechanical parts and are cheaper.

Now the last part to select for building a gaming PC under 15000 rupees is the Deepcool Smarter Mini-Tower PC Case which I found for this PC build. Deepcool is one of the top brands out there and was under the budget when I was writing this article so I selected it for this build.

The Case is not that fancy but has great build quality supports the micro-ATX motherboard and has 4 Expansion Slots, 1x 5.25″ Drive Bay, 3x 3.5” Drive Bay for HDD, 1x 2.5” Drive Bay for both HDD/SSD. 3 cooling fans are supported in the Rear position 1×120/80mm, Front 1×120/90/80mm and side is 1×120mm.
